I can’t believe that four years have gone by since the official launch of MaYA!
The Malta Youth in Agriculture (MaYA) Foundation was inaugurated on Sunday 1st April 2014 by the Hon. Roderick Galdes, during an event which took place at the Limestone Heritage in Siggiewi.
It’s been indeed a memorable experience and we have achieved a lot over a short period of time. Young farmers are, and will always represent, the future of the agricultural sector. Challenges might seem endless but it’s all a little easier when you share the heavy load with someone else, or even better a whole team.
Being the founder of such a dynamic organisation makes me proud to work with farmers who work incessantly to bring bountiful produce to our tables. May God bless them, their families and friends.
